Coming Personal occurs as 1978 film which tells the story of the disabled Vietnam War veteran's difficulty in re-typing civilian life fallowing his link to from either a war. It stars Jane Fonda, Jon Voight, Bruce Dern, Penelope Milford, Robert Carradine and Robert Ginty. A moving-picture show was written by Nancy Dowd, Robert C. Jones, Waldo Salt and Rudy Wurlitzer (uncredited). It was directed by Hal Ashby. It won Academy Awards for Best Actor in a Leading Role (Jon Voight), Best Actress in a Leading Role (Jane Fonda) and Best Writing, Screenplay Written Directly for the Screen. It was nominated for Best Actor in a Supporting Role (Bruce Dern), Best Actress in a Supporting Role (Penelope Milford), Best Director, Best Film Editing and Best Picture. Coming Residence is too the title of a music recording by Tibetan singer Yungchen Lhamo.
